Not sure if he was the owner, but he was one of the sweetest people I've met in El Paso. The customer service was A++! I wasn't able to try the apple cheesecake that originally brought me in, but I sampled several flavors and ended up leaving with the strawberry cheesecake-and it was absolutely delicious!🤤 I'll definitely be back for that apple cheesecake.🙂

First time ordering from these folks. Picked up a spiced apple cheesecake for my pop for father's day. The online ordering process was seamless. At pickup the staff was super friendly and helpful. As for the cheesecake itself, simply wow. Cheesecake is my pops favorite, so hos eyes got wide when he was this thing. Overall it was a fantastic customer journey, and an over the top quality product. Definitely worth the cost and then some.

I went to the new Eat Up location on Arizona Str. I was pleasantly impressed with the calming atmosphere of the area. The area looks like a big comfy lounge with tables/chairs and couches. Eateries around perimeter. I saw many relaxing, chatting with friends and a group making their vision boards. The cheesecake outlet is one of the eateries. I tried 4 of their cheesecake slices. Because I told them it was my first visit , I received a complimentary slice. How cool is that. The couple was very welcoming and courteous. Their smile was contagious. I only wish I could have read about them to congratulate them on serving our country. It is veteran owned. Oh, about cheesecake, delish!!!!! I don’t know about Cheescake Factory but the Cheesecake Outlet is my new go to. .

Delicious cheesecake. Gives Cheesecake Factory a run for their money. A bit difficult getting the plastic wrap around the strawberry cheesecake off. Interesting location, inside an isolated foot court. Seen something like this in California.
